I keep forgetting

UGH. This is the 3rd time I've forgotten to blog. So I'll do yesterday's now and today's later tonight.

Well yesterday I didn't do anything interesting anyway except watch a lot of Starkid shit because I was kind of bored.

Although, yesterday I heard that Richard Griffiths died. As a potterhead, this makes me REALLY sad! Richard played Uncle Vernon in the Harry Potter movies, an iconic character. I can't believe he passed away, he was only in his sixties as well. Well anyway, may he rest in peace.

I don't remember much of what else I got up to yesterday so I guess I'll just end this rather boring blogpost right here.

I will try not to forget to blog from now on!

Review of "The Host"

So I finished "The Host". Just... wow. That truly was an amazing story, Stephanie Meyer did a great job of creating this new world and concept to separate herself from her Twilight books.

I like the idea of this book and how it's a sci-fi that you can enjoy even if sci-fi isn't you're favorite movie genre. But it's also not your typical sci-fi with aliens, etc. instead it's about these other worldly creatures called souls that aim to perfect Earth as well as the human race.

I really connected with the bond the characters Melanie and Wanda shared through Melanie being in Wanda's thoughts and prisoner in her own body while Wanda, the soul, took over it. At first they obviously share some banter but as the story progresses you see how connected they are. Wanda would give up her own life so that Melanie could have her body back, Melanie would give up her body so that Wanda could continue to live on Earth with these people she has grown to love and has done well to protect.

As for the romantic interests, Jared and Ian, I'm more drawn towards Ian. I thought the way he perceived Wanda as a soul was very beautiful. He was able to accept her as she was and grew to love her. Whereas Jared for most of the book did not and wanted Wanda to either die or just disappear. But if we're talking Melanie and Jared then I guess I am happy for them to be together, I just prefer Wanda and Ian. Not really spoiling anything but I guess everyone kind of wins at the end of the book so that's alright.

Anyway, I would definitely recommend this book. I think there's something for everyone, it has romance, sci-fi, action and drama to it. So make sure to pick up a copy and get reading, you don't know what you're missing! If you're not a Twilight fan and are skeptical about reading "The Host", don't be. They are two completely different books and Stephanie Meyer has written this one phenomenally well.

Easter break

It's Easter break, woohoo! Even though I'm dead excited, I mustn't get carried away or procrastinate. There's a lot of coursework that needs to be done and I need to get it completed at last.

Anyway, today I got some new earphones, AGAIN. I told you I'm cursed with earphones and phone chargers. They just randomly stop working at a random time after I've bought them. But I actually got the Apple ones this time because I managed to find them. They better not break because they cost £28. Yes you read correct, £28!!! But they're the newer ones, the earpods, which I didn't realise and bought, therefore they were pretty expensive.

Ugh I'm tired and can't be bothered writing loads tonight. Going to get back to reading "The Host". I swear I'm obsessed. This book is the shit. So good and I am LOVING it!

Physiotherapy: Session 1

So today I went for that physiotherapy treatment. As I mentioned in a previous blogpost the lady already warned me it would hurt. But they reassured me today that they would start off gentle before they did it more harder. I just have one thing to say...

If that was gentle I fear for my life as to what the hard physiotherapy is like. IT HURT SO MUCH!

Then they said that I had to come for more treatment and more appointments. My next is on Monday 8th April at 2:30pm. It's during Easter break so that's alright. I'm really not looking forward to enduring more pain.

She knew where the bad spots were in my shoulder area and in my neck so obviously she had to work on those the most. But they hurt the most which is why they were the worst, therefore it killed having her be touching them so hard. I'm not usually one to speak up about pain or anything even if it's quite bad, I'm normally just like "yeah.. I'm ok". But I couldn't do it, I was like "ooow" "that hurts" because let's face it I'm a wimp.

I couldn't see it because it was at the back but my mum said that when the last finished with the treatment and took her hands away that my neck was bright red. So I guess that just shows how gentle means to her.

Anyway on a lighter note, we break up from college tomorrow for Easter! So happy, I could do with a good rest and time away from annoying teachers.

Although, I have a dentist appointment next Tuesday so that's kind of depressing me at the moment. I hate the dentist! But hopefully things should be alright and I shouldn't be there long.

Getting tired now so goodnight (unless it's daytime where you are, then have a nice day)!

Not a bad day

So today wasn't so bad. Firstly, the weathers not as shit, a lot of the ice has gone which makes it easier for me to get to and from college when walking up and down hills or along pavements.

Also, I managed to get some more coursework handed in to my teacher which is always a good thing because it makes me feel that little bit less stressed. Haven't got too much left to do now. The only problem is the bit I have got to do is the hardest bit...

Anyway, another bonus of today was I finished college early as my last lesson, Sociology, was cancelled. And so I came home and munched on some delicious butter popcorn which my mum bought yesterday. I had it yesterday and it was heaven to my tastebuds. I knew I had to have more today!

Not that long until Easter break, only 2 days! WOOO!

Tomorrow I'll be going to that physiotherapy thing because of that car crash a couple of weeks ago. I mentioned going last Friday but that was just the assessment part, tomorrow is the actual treatment part. Hopefully it won't be too painful but the lady last Friday said it could be :(

Thursday thrill

So you know how I was questioning whether we broke up from college for Easter either this Friday or next Friday? Well it's neither... because it's THIS THURSDAY! YAY!

Oh I am in desperate need for a break, I need sleep, I need peace. But yeah, I'm now super stoked, I've no idea how I'm going to last this week before our 2 week break begins.

But at least I have my new books to read to keep me distracted. I read SO much of "The Host" today. I'm kind of obsessed. It's such a good story and really shows of Stephanie Meyer's writing skills, separating her from her most well known work "The Twilight Saga". But as I mentioned in a previous blogpost, I'll do a full review once I've finished the book. I'm on like chapter 31 or 32 at the moment. There's just over 50 chapters in total.

Anyway, I barely did anything today yet I'm worn out. So I'm going to hit the hay and hopefully get a good sleep. I felt like I was asleep for days last night... it was really weird.

To make it worse, I ended up going to college as my mum didn't give me the day off. The snow has kind of gone now and turned to ice instead (which is the worst part of this type of weather). So it was really slippy and I was pretty scared trying to get to and from college walking on such surfaces.

Enough of that though. Goodnight!

Boredom

I've literally spent all day reading, eating food and doing other procrastinating things. I have homework and it's just so boring that I can't bring myself to do it. I also have to study for a test that we have at college. The teacher never decided whether it's going to be tomorrow or Tuesday so that's no help...

Not mix to say except from that. But anyway I hopefully won't even have to go to college tomorrow because the weathers just shit and the grounds super icy because of the stupid snow. I really hope my mum doesn't make me go and also hope they do that test tomorrow so that I may miss it.

Going back to study now, ugh! Had to come write this blogpost before I forgot and also because I'd rather be doing anything other than revising for this fucking test! Byeeeeee.

Productive day

No lying or sarcasm in this blogpost title when I say I've had a productive day. I spent hours doing homework and it really payed off because I feel at least some relief! I'm super tired though and going to go to sleep in a minute.

Also today, kind of following up from yesterday, the snow was terribly deep and horrible today. Horrible enough to the point that my brother, sister, brother in law, niece and nephew all had to come down and visit. The good thing was they didn't argue or anything although did distract me from actually doing homework up until 2pm. BUT I MUST SAY, YEAH IN CAPITAL LETTERS, THAT THEY BROUGHT US DOWN SOME YUMMY BISCUITS/COOKIES (not just 3 or 4 of them, but like a box full of around 40-50). I couldn't believe that when they came my niece actually remembered me, sat with me and played games with me.

Anyway before I go to sleep as I mentioned, there's other things I have to get off my chest first. OH MY GOD WHAT THE FUCK HOW DID JENNIFER LAWRENCE NOT WIN FAVOURITE MOVIE ACTRESS AT THE KIDS CHOICE AWARDS?! Sure she manages to win every single award during awards season including best actress at The Oscars but didn't manage to win the KCA. Who won instead? Frickin Kristen Stewart. WHAAAAT? I'M DONE.

On a happier note, Johnny Depp just won favourite movie actor! Yaaaaaaay! He's such a legendary actor and deserves every award he's norminated for and wins. I mean the other actors he was up against didn't even come close to him. Like yeah, go back to where you came from Andrew Garfield.

Anyway, moving away from the Kids Choice Awards, I got my hands on some new books today. Don't judge me when I say I bought them via iBooks. I always buy books from stores in person but I've been a bit lazy lately but, to be fair, I have been out shopping in the past weeks and couldn't find the ones I was looking for. I will do a review of them here on my blog once I've read them. One is also now a major motion picture ("The Host") which I haven't seen yet. I'll buy the DVD when it's out them compare the two.

The other book is written buy an amazing guy, and also YouTuber, John Green. It's called "The Fault In Our Stars" and I'll also review that once I've read it, but Im reading "The Host" first.

I'm also really excited to read it just because of the fact John is friends with Team Starkid who I've mentioned several times here on my blog. He even had a member of Team Starkid (Joe Moses) in the audience of "The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" and then continued the cuteness but exchanging cute tweets with Joe and made a Starkid reference from Starkid's "A Very Potter Musical" during his interview.

Enough fangirl time, goodnight everyone!

Snow in March

Oh my god you guys. It's been snowing all week and I've had enough!!! It's March! It is not supposed to be snowing!

I thought it might die down or go away completely but NO, it's getting worse! I hate snow so freakin' much it's ridiculous. No exaggeration here when I say it has legit not stopped snowing since I woke up at 7:30am this morning. I don't even understand how there's any snow left to fall from the sky. The quality of the photo I have shared with this blogpost isn't the best but, believe me, there's SO much snow!

Anyway, enough rant about the stupid English weather, I had my medical assessment today for the car crash incident. They're not giving me treatment until next Wednesday, they day I mentioned that is my 2nd appointment in a previous blogpost. The woman said it could be quite painful and lasts around 30 minutes. So that wasn't very encouraging! All she told me today was that my nek muscles were kind of spazzing because of the crash and that it will heal. She just said until Wednesday I have to keep putting ice on my neck.

In other news, on a rather depressing note, I'm pretty sad today... So there's this Facebook page which Team Starkid (ugh if you don't know who they are get a life and YouTube that shit) made, us Starkid fans post there very regularly. We've all become close friends, almost family. But sadly, one member who we all loved and who was a great, sweet guy has committed suicide. We are all shocked and distraught. RIP Darren, we will miss you :(

It's funny how you can become so attached to people you've never met and don't know personally. The people I speak to online are a lot nicer than most people I know in real life, and I have so much more in common with them. Anyway, us guys from the page have created a donation/fundraiser via The Trevor Project (a charity). Our project is for Darren so if you'd like to donate money then click this link!

Thank you & goodnight.

Deadline

So the deadline for my coursework is tomorrow (coursework for 1 class) and I spent all last week, all this week and will spend all tomorrow morning doing it. I am supposed to have a sleep in tomorrow as well but I'm waking up early just to edit in new things and FINALLY finish it.

Coursework for my other class I'm still behind on and my teacher shouted at me AGAIN today. No wonder I'm behind when she insists I do improvements over and over for her to mark like 6 times. At this rate I'm not getting anywhere! But I should hopefully have new work ready to hand in to her next Tuesday so se can see I'm moving forward at least somewhat.

Thank God I won't see her tomorrow. I finish college early and get to miss her class because I have that medical assessment thing for the car crash incident. Then I don't see her on Mondays because I don't have her lesson. She actually said to my face this morning that I'm not allowed to do anyone else's work so I haven't even done my Sociology homework that's due tomorrow. Ugh! My life fucking sucks right now. I really do hate that teacher (the one stressing me out with coursework deadlines and shit).

So glad it's Friday tomorrow! This week went faster than I expected. Easter break soon! Yay! We get 2 weeks off which is awesome. I think it's either next Friday or the Friday after... Hope it's next Friday. The sooner the better! :)

Moving out

Sorry for not posting yesterday! I was pretty tired and fell asleep so I'll post now and post again later for today's blogpost.

Ok so yesterday I went to visit the University I got accepted into and hope to attend for Applicants Day. The day didn't start off too great though as it was raining, snowing and freezing. My mum and I were waiting for a bus and the one we needed didn't turn up so we had to wait even longer for the next one! So I was freezing my ass off and my legs were aching.

Then when the bus finally did come we were on it for a while as I didn't realise that the University is actually quite far away. So I was saying to my mum how horrible it would be to have to get up super early and travel all that way for class. This led to my decision to move out and get student accommodation, hopefully with other students who I can get to know, somewhere nearby the University. It's a really scary thought! But I think it's time I give myself more independence, this is going to be reality one day.

My mum and I didn't end up staying at the University for the full thing because I was wet, cold and tired and she was sick. So we just listened to a talk and asked some questions to this woman about student accommodation.

I can't believe University is only 6 months away!

Tutor review

So today I had my tutor review and as expected, because it happens every time, there were no problems and it lasted like 5 minutes. My teacher basically just needed to write like a UCAS report for Universities so needed to discuss my grades, targets, attendance, etc.

Then I came home and procrastinated all day, as usual, but I finally started on some more coursework as I'm stupid and keeping putting it off. Hey, it's not my fault it's so boring!

I go and visit the University I got accepted into tomorrow to have a tour and have a sample lesson/lecture thing. I'm really nervous... But hopefully it won't be as scary and nerve racking as I'm picturing (and probably over exaggerating) in my head.So I'll be back tomorrow to blog about that when I'm home. It lasts from 10am-4pm which sucks!

Zzzz!

Too tired to write a big blogpost as I usual do! So I'll just summarize my day...

Firstly, people from the medical place finally called me today to make appointments for the assessment thing after the car crash. The first is for this Friday at 2pm, the follow up is next Wednesday also at 2pm. Finally!

Secondly, oh my fucking god I've done some serious shit to my right wrist. It's been in so much pain all day. I couldn't even butter my toast! Anyway, that wasn't that important but it was annoying me and I had to rant.

Thirdly, tutor reviews tomorrow *sigh* A day where I take like a 35 minute joirney to college to spend roughly 10 minutes being told I'm doing ok and should keep working as I am. Great.

So yeah, I'm so tired. Goodnight world!

This week

*Sigh* Sunday again. College in the morning. How depressing. I have a pretty busy week ahead as well. But I'm just glad I got my Sociology homework done for tomorrow and now only have to concentrate on coursework for 1 lesson!

So yeah, as I said, I have quite a bit going on this week. Tuesday is tutor reviews at college, a day in which we go see our form tutor and discus our grades, targets, behaviour, etc. It pretty much always goes well for me so I'm not too bothered about it, and we get the day off for it which is awesome!

Then on Wednesday I'll be having another day off as it's Open Day at a University that I got accepted into. I'm super nervous to go! We have a sample lesson/lecture thing as well as tour. It kind of sucks though because I finish college at 12pm on Wednesdays but this Open Day is from like 10am-4pm. God I'm so lazy!

Anyway, we break up for Easter in 2 weeks (the Friday after next)! I'm SO glad! We get 2 weeks off which is great. Although the 1 lesson that I have left which I need to finish coursework in, well the teacher wants the coursework done for that Friday or anytime before Easter. Fuck my life. She freakin' sucks.

Will talk tomorrow!

Temptations of technology

I swear I'm like the worlds best procrastinator. I really need to do coursework but haven't gotten round to doing any this weekend. I also have Sociology homework that's due Monday. Life would be much simpler without the temptations of technology!

Like I pick up my iPhone with intentions of using it for like 2 minutes tops, but instead I sit and use it for 2 hours. I need to learn to stop giving into these temptations and actually focus for once! The Internet is ruining my life right now...

I mean, today I watched 'A Very Potter Senior Year' for the second time after it being released last night. I was super tired this morning as well after staying up until nearly 5am watching it then expressing my feels about it all over the Internet. Someone, please, come take away my phone! Work needs to be done at some point.

Anyway, freakin' tired so going to sleep in a minute. Goodnight!

Everything ends

It's supe early in the morning right now in the UK, 4:44am to be exact. But I JUST got finished watching 'A Very Potter Senior Year'. It was so fucking brilliant and I wept like a child.

It really was the perfect ending to saying goodbye to Harry. The song "Everything Ends" from the play really summed it up. Darren Criss was also too cute for words, you could tell he was really sad for it to be over and wanted to enjoy this special time on stage with his friends, doing what he loved before he was on TV and became famous.

Meredith Stepien did a fantastic job at playing the role of Hermione and doing her own interpretation after the actress, Bonnie Gruesen, left Starkid shortly after doing 'A Very Potter Sequel'. Meredith was hilarious and surprisingly one of my favourite parts of the show!

But I loved how Starkid mentioned Bonnie in the credits at the end along with a few other Starkid actors just to show their support and express how much they missed them during the performance of the show. It was really touching :)

Anyway, Starkid also announces some NEW projects. The first is a 7 part comic-thing which Matt and Nick Lang wrote and their sister and her friend illustrated. I'm not the biggest comic fan but considering Matt and Nick wrote them, they're bound to be genius. And secondly, they announced their next parody show!!! It's based on Aladdin (which is actually one of Starkid's favourite Disney movies) and tells the story from the viewpoint of the Royal Vizier. I CANNOT WAIT!

Anyway, going to sleep now. My neck still freakin' kills! I managed to speak to a medical person today who needed to ask about any pain or psychological affects that the car crash had on me. Should hopefully make an appointment soon whenever she calls me, she never said when that would be so...

Yeah, bye! And check out AVPSY! (I'll post the video of Act 1 Part 1 at the end of this blogpost)

Breaking Dawn

So today was a pretty good day. Firstly, because I got Breaking Dawn Part 2 on DVD! I saw it in cinema and loved it so had to buy the DVD, as I own the DVDs for all the others so that would make sense.

I was watching all the special features and damn I wish I could be a part of that cast. Seeing Kristen Stewart and Robert Patterson interacting behind the scenes with the baby and child Renesmee was also really cute! You can tell they're going to be great parents one day.

Anyway, today was also pretty good because I managed to finish all that coursework that is due in for tomorrow. Now I just have coursework from the other class to finish then I can finally relax and focus on exams. But right now I need to rest, my neck is still killing and my hand aches because I've literally just spent like 3 hours on some Sociology homework.

But yeah, my neck is the worst. The medical people keep calling me during the day when I'm at college so luckily they texted me their number so that I could call them. The lady said she would have someone phone me tomorrow to speak about it as the person I need had finished at 5pm and I called at like 6pm. Hopefully should get compensation from that stupid car crash I was in.

Going to listen to some good old music now and sleep. AAAAH A Very Potter Senior Year comes out on YouTube tomorrow at midnight! So excited!

Neck ache

I decided to write today's blogpost a little earlier tonight as I feel like I've been doing then a bit too late and I nearly fall asleep writing them.

But anyway, that wasnt even important, not sure why I mentioned it. The main focus of my day was my neck. It has been aching SO much from that car crash. It wasn't as bad at first but then it started to get worse over the past 2 days or so. Glad I'm claiming for compensation!

Oh yeah, and regarding the problem I mentioned in yesterday's blogpost about my email, it doesn't matter anymore because they sent me a form in the post anyway so I got that filled out today.

On a happier note, oh my god I'm so excited for Starkid's 'A Very Potter Senior Year' on Friday! Well, technically it's Thursday as they announced on Twitter today that it should be uploaded around 7pm Chicago time, which is midnight here in the UK. 2 days to go!

Right now Im just in my room waiting for Glee to start (it's a repeat of last Subdays episode) as I missed it this week. There's so much hate nowadays towards Glee and it's writers because the storyline is not as good and people are struggling to connect with all the new characters this season. I get that, but still lets just be happy for what we've got.

I'm also working on some coursework as its all due in on Friday. I hope I manage to get it all done but... I doubt I will. I'm really stressing out again, ugh what is going in with my mind nowadays.

So yeah Glee is starting in 10 minutes so I'll write in tomorrow!

Peace at last

So my sister, brother in law, niece and nephew all went home today so the house is a lot quieter now! No more arguing or crying or shouting. Yay!

Anyway, today I got a call from an insurance company and spoke to a solicitor about that car crash I was in last weekend. I'm glad they called today because my necks been getting worse and I hate it. They basically told me that tomorrow I will get a phone call from some medics to check on me and possibly go meet with them to check. They also asked for my email so that they could email me a form that I have to fill out. The only problem was that after I hung up I realised I said part of the email wrong.

I wanted to call them back but the phone number was blocked so I couldn't call back. But then, luckily, they sent me a text with some information and also their email address so I let them know about what happen so that I can get the form I need. Then hopefully I should be able to receive compensation thanks to that stupid taxi driver that crashed into us last Saturday! No joke, my neck KILLS.

Anyway, have a good day/night, everyone!

It's Friday, getting down on Friday

So today Team Starkid announced that their latest show A Very Potter Señor Year will be released this Friday.

Aaaah! I'm so excited!

Fuck I'm so tired and my eyes keep closing! Going to bed right after this. And something awesome happened yesterday. BRIAN HOLDEN TWEETED ME!!! He's a member of Starkid if you're stupid and don't know.

Just kidding... but yeah, he's AWESOME!!! He plays Hagrid in AVPSY judging from the trailer. I basically happened to notice that he was tweeting to fans because his battery was almost dead so he was tweeting fans and answering questions. Screenshot of my tweet and his answer is at the end of this blogpost :)

Boring day and I can tell I'm in store for another tomorrow as we have to write an essay in Sociology. Boring

Opposites attract?

So my sister and brother in law are here for another night. I think they're leaving tomorrow (Monday).

My mum mentions it every time they leave but they argue so much. They say opposites attract but this is just way more intense. It's so awkward listening to them shout at each other so much. My sister actually stated crying.

Like, I feel bad and all but as my mum says "they're both just as bad as each other". You'd think they could last one day and just not argue. It's always over really small, unimportant things as well.

Anyway, enough rant. It's Sunday. I hate Sundays! They depress me because I know it's Monday in the morning. And Monday means another week of college! Need to do some more coursework so my teacher doesn't scream and shout at me when I see her on Tuesday.

Now I'm just say trying to think if there's anything else I wanted to mention in this blogpost... But I don't think there is so I guess that's that! I just had a pretty lazy Sunday. I watched like half of Graham Norton's Big Chat what he did for Comic Relief next Friday. I must admit though, I really just had to see Martin Freeman. UGH he's cute as a button.

Until tomorrow...

Car crash

Almost forgot to post again. Ugh, what is wrong with me?

Anyway, today didn't start off too great (as you can probably tell from the blogpost title). I was in a car crash! So me, my two sisters, brother in law and niece (who's only 2!) were in the car on our way to the shopping centre and were driving down a road. There are lines on the road to indicate that the driver must stop there so that they can check for cars coming. But this taxi driver came speeding down a hill (with 2 passengers in the back) and didn't stop. So when we came out of our road we both smashed into each other. Luckily none of us were hurt too bad but my brother in law, who was driving, does have a sore back now because of it. As for me, I just banged my knee and my neck aches. The taxi driver admitted he was in the wrong and we will be suing.

Phew! Putting that aside I did a little shopping today, before and after the car incident. Before the car incident me and my brother in law drove to the store to buy me a new bed because I needed one. We found a nice one and it feels great. Actually lying on it right now. He put it together for me when we got back. After the incident happened, we couldn't drive so me, my two sisters and niece all got the bus to the shopping centre. I had to pick up a bed sheet that I'd reserved at a store and I also wanted to have a look around some shops with my sisters. I only ended up buying some new jeans but still it was fun to hang out with my sisters :)

I mentioned it briefly in a past blogpost but I've really gotten into photo editing lately. I don't know why... I think this is just another one of my phases. But still, I saw this girl on Instagram who's photos I really love and I saw someone ask her what app she uses. She replied she mainly uses an app called "Afterglow". I searched it in the App Store and saw that it wasn't a free app, but I bought it anyway because I REALLY love her photos. And I have to say, it was money well spent. This app is really nice for editing photos. It's not one that has billions of stupid crazy effects, it's just simple and cute. I know I'll be using a lot of it for my Instagram photos. I definitely recommend it!

Anyway, I'm going to sleep soon. I've eaten SO much ice cream today, it's unreal so my belly doesn't feel that great. I should probably do some coursework tomorrow...

Oops!

Sorry, forgot to post yesterday so I'll do 2 blogposts today.

I was quite busy at college yesterday doing that coursework that I have to re-do. My ADL got back to me and told me not to worry about it. That's easier said than done...

My 2 sisters, brother in law and niece all came over yesterday to stay a night or 2. I feel like my niece is really starting to bond with me now and we took some cute photos together which I'll share with this blogpost. Later in the night me, my 2 sisters and my mum all watched Paranormal Activity. 3 of us had seen it, my sister Sarah was the only one who hadn't.

Had a pretty bad night though, before I went to sleep my blood sugars were going very low and I felt really horrid. My mum came to help me out but then started saying stuff like "I know you're making this up". What the f... Real nice, thanks for the help. Don't know how anyone could make that up. And yeah, I'm diabetic if you didn't already know.

Anyway, going to go now and I'll post tonight about today. I won't forget this time!

Rollercoaster ride

Well it's been a rollercoaster of a day.

My Health and Social Care teacher shouted at me for not meeting today's deadline. I told my Assistant Divisional Leader about how much of a bitch she's been towards me. I found out I got a B in my Sociology exam. I ended the day with having kind of an argument with this girl I know (who I consider to be like a friend). Now my mind is going mental and I'm having crazy thoughts. Worst week ever.

Sometimes I just don't even know what to do with my life... Everything always seems so hopeless.

Wow, I'm a depressing little clown.

I need sleep! Goodnight guys,

I'm screwed

I actually almost started crying in the middle of class at college today. Today has been horrible!!!

It all started in my Health and Social Care class when I approached my teacher to ask for the improvements for the finished first section of coursework I mentioned I handed in the other day. Instead of getting improvements, I got my whole work back and crossed out with a shit load of notes. Apparently she was "disappointed in me". The only problem she had was that I used the Internet to help me.

We are allowed to use the Internet in our work as long as it's referenced (which it was), she just wanted me to try use a bunch of crap that she had written and try put it in my own words. She then went in to say that she had told me to use her stuff before, but she hadn't!!! Also, the stuff she wanted me to use says the same shit that the Internet does. The WORST thing is, is that because I was behind, I would give her pieces of coursework as I was writing them and she would mark them. When she would mark them she always ticked them if they were good and would give improvements here and there if they weren't. All this time, she NEVER mentioned that everything was wrong (well, wrong in her mind at least).

So yeah, basically I have to start the whole coursework again. Yes, from the beginning. This is totally messed up and now I'm screwed. This coursework is never getting finished.

Anyway, I went to speak to my Assistant Divisional Leader (person who basically helps students and crap), who is also my Sociology teacher, who turned out to not be in her office as she was teaching. So instead I sent her an email explaining the situation. I've seen her before about my Health and Social Care teacher, to discuss the stress I feel like she is causing way too much of. In the email I basically said that I barely even feel like attending this stressful lesson anymore and how the stress is physically affecting me. I've barely had any sleep lately, earlier this morning my hands were shaking (they've started again now) and my stomach has also been in severe pain. Earlier tonight I also feel like I've been seeing things.. To quote The Hunger Games, I don't even know what's real or not real anymore.

All she had to reply was that we would discuss it in one of my free periods (a time slot which I have no lessons) tomorrow, something which I feel like the two of us are becoming familiar with now. I'm a bit bummed with the free period choice as I planned to go meet a friend in the IT suite. Sure I might get out of seeing my ADL/teacher early but the IT suite is likely to be busy tomorrow. Guess why...

A2 Level results day.

That's right, tomorrow morning I will find out how good or bad I did in that January Sociology exam that I freaked out over and blogged about a few months back. I felt confident after the exam but you never know, I may have failed miserably. So far I haven't done too bad in my overall A Levels but, as you've probably gathered by now, I stress and panic easily.

Going to bed now. Wish me luck with my results and also with this overwhelming amount of coursework!

4 chairs, 4 characters

Ugh need to rewrite this whole post because it fucking disappeared! Was just about to go to bed as well. Anyway, OHMAHGAHHHHD!

4 new Catching Fire photos were released today! Each photo showed a different chair sat in by one of the characters. The first was sat in by Effie, our beloved Effie. We all love her! You know who that is, right? The crazy lady from the Capitol that dresses similarly to Lady Gaga. She wears a ton of make up and loves pink. Anyway, she looked stunning in the photo! I don't think anyone other than Elizabeth Banks could have pulled the character off so well. The fact that Elizabeth is a super fan of the books and begged for the part really adds to the characters believability.

The second chair was sat in by Cinna, the stylist of the main character, Katniss. He looked very smart regarding his appearance but also very serious in his facial expression. SPOILER ALERT: it's sad to think that he dies in this movie... Lenny Kravitz is beautiful in the role.

The third chair was sat in by Haymitch, the drunk alcoholic mentor for district 12 tributes, Katniss and Peeta. My only problem with how this character is portrayed on screen is that he doesn't seem drunk enough to me. I feel like he's WAY too sober. Therefore when I watch him, all I see is Woody Harrelson, the actor. Not Haymitch, the drunk, witty, sarcastic, serious, troubled man/mentor.

Finally, the last chair is sat in by Ceaser Flickerman. Ceaser is a popular talkshow host in the Capitol and is played by Stanley Tucci. This photo I was most disappointed with. The characters hair colour has been changed to a purple colour. His suit has also changed colour and style. I hate this because Katniss always mentions and repeats how the character is always wearing his midnight blue suit and has his midnight blue hair. I feel like this is the characters trademark. In Panem, the world that The Hunger Games is set in, Ceaser is very famous for his look.

But overall, the photos definitely increased my excitement for the movie! The Hunger Games has been interfering in my normal everyday life a lot recently. For example yesterday some birds were flying over me in the sky and I just stood and stared at them thinking "Mockingjays ermagerd". Then earlier today in sociology class, we were discussing religious revolutions such as The Arab Spring, and all I could think about was the revolution and rebellion that Katniss sparks in The Hunger Games. Then I was thinking "Jee, what if I did that one day... *smirk*" Seriously though, my mind is totally revolving around Catching Fire lately.

In other news, Justin Bieber was late to a concert at the 02 arena in London last night. Now some fans and a ton of parents are angry and disappointed with him. To be honest, I don't see what the big deal is! If it was any other artist, the reaction would not be the same. And also, he has apologised for it and admitted that what happened was not acceptable. People need to move the fuck on, it's not the end of the world.

Anyway, NOW I'm going to sleep and hopefully I won't have to rewrite this a 3rd time! Bye...

Keep kalm

Tonight I've taken some Kalms (pills to help you sleep) because I haven't been able to sleep well lately. I can feel their effect kicking in right now and I just feel like I need to sleep!

Anyway, today was a good day. After I finished college I headed out to do some shopping. It wasn't for anything specific, I'm just a shopaholic. But seriously though, I bought the cutest things (all clothes, by the way).

I will post an image of the stuff I bought at the bottom of this blogpost and review them here.

So first I got a SUPER cute and comfy jumper (I think it's called a sweatshirt in America). It's green and says 'GEEK' on it. It cost £20 and is from Bank. You may remember a shirt I bought from there and reviewed on my blog a while ago that also had 'GEEK' on it. But I have to say this jumper is 10000000000 times more cute. It's so soft and warm! I got quite a large size as I like baggy jumpers and shirts.

I also got a grey hooded jacket from Bank. This cost £10. I have been wanting a new jacket for a while. I only have 1 from Topshop, but it's like a red/pink colour and the colour doesn't work well with all clothes. This new one is much more flexible as I can wear it with almost all my clothes and it would look fine. It also looks great with the next 2 pieces of clothing I bought which I am about to discuss.

So I bought a pair of shorts from New Look. These also cost £20. I thought they were maybe going to be quite tight and hard to walk in, as some shorts are, but these aren't. They're tight enough to feel good on your body and not be loose, but they are comfortable to walk in and very practical. My new favourite shorts!

Also from New Look I bought a shirt that says 'FAMOUS' on it. I love this shirt as it looks great with the shorts. It's also very soft, casual and comfy to wear. A nice piece of clothing to wear when you're at home or just going out for the day. New Look has a bunch of these shirts, as well as others with other things written on them. One had the letter 'A' on it which I wanted but they didn't have my size. Others said 'LUCKY' and 'BOOM'. The shirt cost £8

I also bought a pair of tights from New Look. You can see me wearing them in the photo of me wearing the 'FAMOUS' shirt and the shorts. I like to wear tights with shorts as its quite cold in the UK and also I don't like showing off my legs. The only bad thing about these tights is they were quite tight (lol tight tights, kay I'm lame). I think I maybe picked up a small size. These tights cost about £3/£4.

Anyway, the next thing I purchased was another jumper. It is from Select and cost £16. It's a light pink colour and has studs on the shoulders. It's very soft and comfy, although it doesn't make you that warm like the 'GEEK' jumper does. I don't own anything with studs on so I was also interested to try it out and see how it feels. Honestly, I couldn't feel them which was good. It's a very feminine and cute piece of clothing.

Also from Select, I bought some jeans. I've been looking for some jeans for a while as I have several pairs already but they're all different sizes. I'm a different size for jeans in pretty much every store. Some are also not very comfy, therefore I wanted a new pair. So these ones from Select are very soft and easy to fit in. However, they are a bit too long in length for my legs, but I can deal with that. These jeans cost £14.

Finally, as I was walking past the shops deciding where to go in and browse for stuff, I saw one shop which I hadn't heard of before. I looked through the window and the stuff they were selling was very cute and stylish. So I went in to look for a pair of footwear. I'd been looking in other shops as I was shopping but didn't manage to find anything. So yeah, this shop I went into was called Internaçionale. From there I got these cool white sneakers/trainers/converse type of shoes. They are really casual and can be worn with a lot of things, which is good. They also feel nice when you put them on, like they don't hurt or anything. These cost £9.

I hope you enjoy these things that I bought and make sure to check out the stores I mentioned. They have awesome clothes (for men and women!). Ok now my brain is just going dead, these pills are definitely working!

Oh and I also watched those live streams that I mentioned yesterday. They were pretty hilarious and fun. You should definitely go watch them and watch Starkid's plays/shows. Click here to go to Starkid's YouTube channel!

Goodnight lovelies,

Silly fun Jane Austen time

So I laid down to sleep and nearly forgot to blog. Not much to say today anyway.

Except, ermagerd!!! I was checking Twitter and saw Starkid were doing a live stream. Unfortunately I noticed 40 minutes too late when it had finished but still it was up on YouTube so I was able to watch it there.

If you're unfamiliar with Starkid, get with the friggin times! They are a theatre company/group who mostly do parody shows, however they do make original shows, too. They're extremely funny! They have gone on to do big things such as tours and television appearances. For example Darren Criss, who is part of the group, is now on Glee. Joey Richter is now in an animated movie as well as appearing on the Disney show 'Jesse'.

But this wasn't a Starkid thing, it's just a lot of members of the team were in the live stream. It's basically for a Jane Austen book club thing which a lot of them are part of. It wasn't just a book club though, it was a book club/tea party/baking session/Google hangout. Personally I don't know what could be better than that.

It was pretty hilarious and they kept trying to talk in British accents because of the fact that they were having a fancy tea party/Jane Austen book club.

I found it really interesting though and it has definitely made me want to read some of her books. I learned a lot. Another thing I learned was that there were other live streams posted to that YouTube that I didn't even know happened. The Youtube profile belongs to them by the way, it isn't just a random fan or something. Anyway those other live streams were also Jane Austen related and featured members of Starkid (they love her). So I'm going to watch them tomorrow. I definitely need to keep an eye out for more live streams as at the end of today's live stream they were mentioning what book they were going to do in "the next one". So I'm super pumped for that!

Anyway, I have to wake up in 5 hours 40 minutes so goodnight! I have posted today's live stream below. Watch and enjoy!

May the odds be ever in your favor

Hey everyone! So yesterday I asked my Instagram followers (on my Hunger Games fan account @allaroundpanem) to give me some feedback on my account and how I could improve it. I have over 7300 followers so that's pretty good as I can hear from everyone and get more representative results.

One of the main things they wanted was more competitions. So I decided I would host my very first Instagram Hunger Games. Feel free to join! As of the moment I am writing this, there are still places left. Just go to my Instagram @allaroundpanem and comment what district you want to be in. Comment on the photo that is the same as the one shared in this blogpost.

I'm a little nervous as I haven't done one of these before, whereas quite a lot of Hunger Games fan accounts have. I guess I just didn't want to do one because I'm worried its going to suck. But so far I have created 9 challenges which are saved in my notes app on my iPhone. Hopefully it will turn out to be fun and my followers will enjoy doing the challenges I have in store for them.

I had a surreal moment yesterday with one of my Instagram followers. Basically I liked someone's photo and mentioned them in a comment (I mentioned them as I was giving them credit for a photo I took from their profile) and they responded by uploading another photo with a caption underneath saying "allaroundpanem liked my picture omg my life is amazayn". I guess they're a directioner (amazayn). It's really fun seeing how popular my account has become amongst Hunger Games accounts.

Anyway, let me know on my Instagram if you'd like to join my Hunger Games!

And may the odds be ever in your favor.

Mother madness March

I love my mum and all, but I swear sometimes she can be really overly concerned and protective about things.

I think it may have been last January when I talked about how she called my sociology teacher to discuss how stressed I was becoming at home trying to revise for my sociology exam on top of coursework for other lessons. Well now she has been ringing in again trying to get my teacher to talk to me.

The only reason she could possibly have for calling them would be the fact that I was getting quite stressed that my college email wasn't working from home. I email myself my coursework to that email so that I can do work from home. But still, that doesn't mater as I can figure it out. And it's not even that big of a deal. I think she just needs to let me deal with certain things myself. I hate having to talk to teachers! So awkward...

Anyway I managed to finish off the first section of my coursework, the section I mentioned in Wednesdays blogpost. So I can now feel a little relieved and move onto the next section. But my teacher wasn't really helping, I had my earphones in (because we're allowed) and she told me to take them out and listen to her when I was trying to concentrate on my fucking work. No wonder I'm behind!

Then she moved onto another new section what I'm not even on yet! Everybody had to get into a group of 3 and go monitor each others temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate and breathing. We have to do this as part of our coursework as we have to do an investigation and analyse the results of 3 participants. Anyway, I continued with my work as I couldn't afford to waste time and move onto that. My teacher came round and was like "You should still go and do it, Abbie. But anyway you can copy results from someone else". I doubt that is going to happen. I don't know anyone in that class and don't feel like talking to any of them yet. They're all weirdos as well. But yeah, I was so focused on my work that I never even noticed everyone leave to go do those activities. There was only me, the teacher and like one other person left in the room. Like... was I in a coma while using that computer? How did I not see everyone leave?

But hey, at least it's Friday! My weekends = sleep, eat, procrastinate. Although I am going to try get some coursework done just to get more of it out of the way. Right now I'm just chilling, it's almost midnight so there's not that much to do. I get really hyper at nights though, especially on the weekend. It's freaky.

Happy March, everyone!
