Just my luck

So here I am about to go to sleep when I feel my bed slowly going through. Just my luck! Needless to say, I need a new bed. I told my mum and she was like "I don't know what to do" so now I'm basically sat here on the fucking ground writing this blogpost. Random thing to point out but my finger really stings :/

Anyway I finally finished Silver Linings Playbook. Wow is all I can say. Such an amazing story! Although the book revolves around the character of Pat, I found the character Tiffany to be very interesting and would have loved to see the story from her side of things. Mainly because she says very little for the first half of the book, so it would be fun to know what's going through her mind.

Speaking of Silver Linings Playbook, JENNIFER LAWRENCE WON THE OSCAR FOR BEST ACTRESS FOR HER PORTRAYAL OF TIFFANY IN SILVER LININGS PLAYBOOK! Could not be more happier, it made my whole weekend! She's such a beautiful, funny and down to earth person who deserves this award more than anyone.

Daniel Day Lewis won for best actor. I can't really give an opinion on the award outcome as I never saw Lincoln.

Anne Hathaway was also looking very beautiful. It was clear ever since the nominations were announced that she would win for best supporting actress, so I'm super pleased for her. She's such a sweet and genuine woman.

Anyway I'm going to end this blogpost here. Not sure what I'm going to do all night seeing as I don't have a bed to sleep in and my mum just keeps saying she doesn't know what to do about the situation. I'm supposed to be going back to college in the morning as well. Guess that's looking very unlikely as I'll be up all night sitting on the floor watching TV, listening to music or whatever, rather than being able to sleep like every other person in this freaking house.
