Today is one of the biggest days in Hollywood and for the movie industry. It's Oscar Sunday!
Like I said yesterday, I unfortunately can't watch the actual show but I will keep updated with everything that's going on via Twitter. Anyway, I've been watching the live red carpet special for a couple of hours now.
My ovaries almost exploded when I saw Jennifer Lawrence on my TV screen. She looks absolutely stunning and, if you know me, you know I'm rooting for her to win best actress tonight. She is extremely hilarious and probably my only ever girl crush. But seriously though, every time she opens her mouth I just want to be her!
Really love how her and Emma Stone are friends! Everyone who loves either of the actresses knows that there is a huge hope that one day they will star in a movie together. They are both just SO funny! It would be epic. I mean, did you hear Jennifer on the red carpet? Before the interview ended she pointed her face right into a camera and said "Wait, I told Emma Stone I would do this.... Your ass is mine, Stone!" Then it turned out that the camera she put her face into wasn't working. What a legend.
A lot of the celebrities though are looking incredible. Anne Hatheway looks elegant, Amanda Seyfried is gorgeous as usual, Adele looks beautiful and Quvenzhané Wallis is cute as a button! I love how they call her 'little Q'.
Anyway I'm going to get back and continue watching and stalking everything that's going on over on the red carpet of the Oscars. I will blog my reaction to the winners tomorrow!
